Morning Prayer for Patience
Heavenly Father,As I rise to face this new day, I thank You for the gift of life and the blessings that come with it. Lord, I know that today will bring both joys and challenges. I ask You to fill my heart with patience so that I may walk in peace no matter what comes my way.
Teach me to slow down when I feel hurried, to breathe deeply when I feel stressed, and to listen with compassion when others test my spirit. Let Your calm presence guide me in every conversation, every task, and every decision.
Lord, when frustration begins to rise, remind me that patience is a fruit of Your Spirit. Help me respond with kindness instead of anger, with understanding instead of irritation. May my words bring comfort, not conflict. May my actions reflect Your love, not my impatience.
Father, I surrender my plans into Your hands. Give me the strength to accept what I cannot control and the wisdom to move forward with grace. Let Your peace flow through me so that I may become a source of patience and encouragement to those around me.
Thank You, Lord, for walking beside me today. With You, I know that I can face this day with a calm heart, a clear mind, and a spirit filled with patience.
