Finding Strength When Fear Creeps In
Fear has a way of showing up in our lives when we least expect it. Maybe it is a doctor’s report. Maybe it is financial stress. Maybe it is the unknown future. Fear can make our hearts race, our minds spin, and our faith feel weak.
But the Bible speaks again and again about fear. Over 300 times God reminds His people to “fear not.” That is not because fear will never come, but because He is with us in the middle of it.
God does not expect us to live without emotions. Instead, He invites us to bring our fear to Him. Fear may whisper lies, but God’s Word speaks truth. Fear may feel heavy, but God promises strength. Fear may try to paralyze us, but God offers peace.
So if you are feeling overwhelmed today, let these verses remind you that God is greater than your fear.
